 Replacement and Return Policy:



 Returns can be made within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order.


 It is possible to return or exchange if the product is in the same original condition when purchased, wrapped in the original packaging and has not been used.


 Returns and exchanges include all products in the event of a manufacturing defect or delivery error.


 The customer bears all shipping costs to and from the store in case of replacement and return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a delivery error.


 Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is in good condition and free from defects.


 After receiving the products to be returned or exchanged, they will be inspected and checked and whether the products comply with the terms of the return and replacement policy or not.


 In case of non-conformity, the customer shall bear the costs of examination and shipping to his address again.


 Shipping costs and e-payment fees are not refundable and the return or exchange shipment cost fee will be deducted.



 Replacement for devices with manufacturing defects can be done under the following conditions:



 1. The device should be free from scratches, misuse or malfunction due to the wrong voltage being connected to the electricity.


 2. Bring the original box with all accessories and manuals inside.


 3. A report from the authorized maintenance agent may be required before the replacement process.


 4. The failure should not be the result of not being connected to the Internet, not updating the software, or using it in a way that is not recommended.


 5. The guarantee period should be 12 months from the date of receiving the application.



 How to refund the paid amounts, if any?




 In the event that the payment was made through a credit card or Mada, the amount will be returned to the card that was used for payment, and this may take 14-21 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account according to the customer’s bank. In the event that payment is made via bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will contact you to provide us with your bank data and then transfer the amount to your bank account (transfer fees will be deducted, if any), and the amount cannot be refunded in cash.
